Brides to be, I'm Charlotte!

A massive lover of ALL things wedding related. This all started after I married my dream man nearly 10 years ago.

That's us on our wedding day, more youthful and the odd few stone lighter but who's counting? Wedding diets are unobtainable anyway...right?!

Ive been hairdressing since I was 17 and over time was involved in the odd wedding which I just adored. However, when I got married myself it really sparked something inside of me - why couldn’t I spend every weekend doing what I really adore - creating beautiful hair for a tribe of amazing women ready to say 'I do'. So I pulled back from hairdressing and became busier and busier with weddings,so here we are 10 years later which a whole lotta weddings under my belt.

If you've never had the privilege of being a bridesmaid or part of a wedding morning yourself let me tell you how it goes....
First: the mandatory Beyoncé playlist. The atmosphere is absolutely electric. How do I describe this? It’s like getting ready for a night out x 100. Imagine having all your best girls come over to get ready. Fancy champagne, ultimate Spotify playlist, maximum preening to perfection. Except there’s a pro photographer who can hit all your best angles, a pro hairstylist on hand making sure you’re having the best of good hair days, oh - and a wedding at the end of it! Basically, wedding mornings are just so ridiculously magical and the part i get to play in them is where my passion lies - right with my brides & that's something you can't be taught. You just have to have that fire inside that makes you want to go above & beyond for each and every bride, and that's exactly what I do.

This isn't just my job, it's my passion - it sounds cheesy but here I am baring all. Don't panic,I still have a life outside of all of this (I promise). When I'm not working you'll find me spending time with my favourite people in the world,my husband Phil and my two little girls Florence and Olive.

Memories with them are everything, as are espresso martinis, lazy Sunday mornings and bloody great food.
